This year the Primary was in charge of the Trunk or Treat at our church and it was so much fun! We went to the thrift store to find Tyson a costume and found him a swimsuit...that he LOVED! It was only $2.50 and every other costume he tried on he had to puff up his chest to get the same effect. He was so excited! My favorite thing are his little chicken legs!!
Austin dressed up in his Batman pajamas to match his brother and Christian sported the Robin look :)
Christian was the most excited to come home and split up the candy! They were so funny!
The next day our next door neighbors threw the coolest birthday party of the century! Austin's first taste of cake--and he ate my whole piece!
They had a bounce house, hand made pinatas, amazing cakes, bean bag toss, face painting, music, angry bird toss, hot dogs, music, costumes, and just fun being with our neighbors! We have LOVED living by them. They are some of our very favorite friends!
Here are Bane and Jordis getting ready to blow out their candles!
My neighbor made this cake!!
And this one, too! Isn't she talented? She even made the fondant! The most impressive thing though were the pinatas she made. I've never seen anything like them--they were amazing and were very strong!
For Halloween Austin dressed up like a monkey. He would eat 4 bananas a day if we let him, so it was fitting!
We went to our friend's house and ate 'yummy mummies' and the went trick or treating. Tyson was so excited to get more candy he wouldn't hold still for the picture! It was so much fun to be with friends especially since Christian was gone interviewing that night. Thank you Crystal! Everything was delicious!
Corbin and Austin were monkeys and Landon and Tyson were superheroes!
San Antonio is so warm in October that everyone just sits outside to hand out candy. It seems like a way bigger holiday and more of a community event than it ever did in Montana.
Here are the goods. Tyson didn't even have to share with his daddy...although he did have to share with me!! Happy October everyone!

That's quite the party! I also can't imagine staying outside for Halloween since I would freeze my tushie off.
That Tyson is one good looking kid!!! Your Halloween looks like it was a ton of fun! I love warm Halloweens.
I'm bummed that we never got to go visit you in Texas, we'll start saving our shekels now to come see you in Lexington!! Maybe summer vacation of 2013? Love you!
