This past week we had Christian's parents come up and visit us for their spring break and it was so much fun! It was just so neat to get to spend so much time with them in the comfort of our own home! We were treated to Six Flags and had so much fun running through the short lines and riding the roller coasters! We had a babysitter for the morning and Sandra held Tyson in the afternoon. The weather was perfect and it was a beautiful day.
Tyson absolutely adored his grandparents. It was so cute to see! He would smile and laugh and grab at Greg's glasses. They both had fun feeding him sugar (his first doses) and were so good to him. We are sad they are already gone but thoroughly enjoyed their stay! Thank you so much for visiting us!!
Christian playing with our happy son! He is still Tyson's favorite person in the world!
Tyson with Grandpa's beloved glasses! Greg had to go blind pretty much the whole vacation!
Here he is at 7 months!!
Tyson and me!!
The wedding bench on the riverwalk! What a beautiful couple!
We actually saw a wedding take place at this spot while walking on the other side of the river. We also saw Jake Barnwell giving his tours!
Remember the Alamo!!
Here Tyson's showing off his teeth!! He has two so far and they are super sharp! I actually had a dream all of his teeth had come in which is what made me check in his mouth! He only had one for a long time and it was so cute! We'll see how long it will be until the next two come in! He is actually wearing Christian's old onesie in this picture!

Let's Rodeo!!
Let's Rodeo San Antonio!! About a month ago our friends the Riggs and we went to the San Antonio Rodeo! All of the seats for the concert and rodeo show were sold out except for some $50.00 singles, so we decided we would rather walk the grounds instead. Here we are at the rodeo!
Christian and I dancing at the Rodeo...Yeah, we're still in love!
Lyndsay's niece sent a paper doll of herself called "Flat Miley" who was supposed to go on some adventures in San Antonio before getting mailed back for a school project. Flat Miley got to ride some old tractors, visit the pigs, and almost got trampled by a cow! It was pretty funny!
Here we are by a really scary cow...actually most of the cows were scary up close. You just never knew what they were going to do next!
We missed the pig races by just a few minutes. These pigs were really cute though!
All in all it was a lot of fun! It reminded me of my Financial Economics teacher, Farrell Jenson, who on the last day of class showed us a tractor pull in the same town Napoleon Dynamite was filmed. I guess he knew some of the characters in the movie and they actually aren't that different in real life!! Anyway, our friends watched Tyson and it was a real date! This picture is in honor of Farrell. Thanks Dr. Jenson!

Fat Tuesday
Happy Mardi Gras everyone! Our friends the Shipleys invited us over for some authentic Cajun Cuisine! Bill is the best cook! We had shrimp gumbo, shrimp sandwiches, and this really yummy rice stuff (I think it was called jambalaya). Everything was wonderful! The Hanks brought some crazy hats and beads and everyone had a good time watching the game. Go Spurs!!
